Jun 20, 2021

Ärja, Södermanland, Sweden
Just a few kilometers from Gripsholm castle lies the Ärja church ruin where there are two runestones. One of these is an Ingvar runestone, Sö 335.
The runestone is made of red sandstone, was used as a doorstep on the church porch of the Ärja church. It was found when the ruin of the church was excavated. It now stands up by the eastern wall inside the church porch.
